All things '90s are coming back, but not even one of the biggest It-girl trends of the day can resurrect our favorite defunct beauty lines from back then. Alas, there are so many sparkly beauty products today's kids are missing out on. That said, in this new age where strobing reigns supreme and highlighting palettes are all the rage, I'd wager that it's about time for '90s-level glitter makeup to make its big comeback — and maybe once the trends come back, some of the discontinued brands will follow! A woman can dream, anyway. Either way, it's fun to reminisce over all the best glitter products from the '90s — after all, there were so many to choose from, from the all ultra-shiny frosted lipsticks, to the body glitters that got everywhere , to all those sweet-smelling sparkly lotions that you frankly kind of overused.
People like to toss around assessments of the '90s zeitgeist these days. This article is different. It's exactly the same. Because today, I'm distilling an integral part of the prototypical American mall experience in the '90s: classic chain-store scents. You get me.
Jessica Teich. Of course you remember body glitter. Most of us swore the stuff off as we and our makeup regimens grew up—or maybe we just got one glitter flake too many in the eye. Note from the submitter: This body wash was returned to my store during the Christmas rush and thanks to the lenient return policy, the customer got store credit. As annoying as it can be, I do enjoy seeing these super old products show up. It was just going to end up being damaged out and in the trash so I decided to test it out. All of my coworkers were looking at me like I was a crazy person taking pictures of it. Wow, thank you for taking a photo of it! So it definitely does happen.

Although the retailer has been in business for 28 years now, it may still have the ability to surprise you. Here, Instagram user catbeautyuk shows off the foaming sugar scrub version of her favorite scent:. Ooh how I wish we could get bathandbodyworks here in the UK. New at Bath and Body Works…manly! Back in , every dollar I earned babysitting went straight from my hot-pink pleather wallet into the Bath and Body Works cash register. Sure, I hit up Limited Too and Express for my seventh-grade wardrobe staples spaghetti-strap tops and platform shoes, obviously , but I most coveted the moment I could be reunited with the house of Warm Vanilla Sugar and Cucumber Melon, as it should be renamed. It looked like a roll-on deodorant but left behind a sugary scent Berry-Go-Round! Melon Mania! It quickly became my most versatile beauty product: my perfume, my highlighter, and my eye shadow yes, I rolled it directly on my lids
